Happy Birthday to Me!

I had a great first birthday. I love it when Mommy takes off...I get to have her all to myself! I went to the mall and had lots of photos taken and picked up somethings for my party tomorrow. I hear I am going to get to have my first cake...woo hoo!!!! ~drools and smiles...Jack xoxo

    Hi Jack - we hope you have recovered after your big day yesterday. We are so happy that we got to celebrate your birthday with you. Being 1 is really big stuff. Now you are going to be walking around soon, getting into stuff you probably shouldn't and hopefully sleeping all night long so Mommy gets really good sleep. You know Mommy working and not sleeping through the night is really hard on her. We had a really nice time at your party and Mommy & Daddy made it very special for you. We loved all the decorations and the balloons and Elmo is my favorite too. Although Big Bird is really a cute guy also. I think you liked your cake, in fact I know you loved it. Sweets - something Mommy has been really careful not give you, but your first birthday is the day you get to try sweets. We hope you like your new toy box and get to play with all those toys for hours on end. Well gotta go love, Grandma and Grandpa love you so much and can't wait for the adventure to contine this coming year.

    Thanks Grandma and Grandpa! I had a really great time at my party and am so happy to have spent the day with you and everyone else I love! I love my toy chest. It holds all my awesome toys. I also can't wait to wear my new jammies...I love monkeys!

    Elmo is pretty cool and I certainly am fond of him but you and Grandpa are definitely my favorite! Love you both and can't wait to see you soon. Maybe Mommy will bring me by Super Heroes one morning for breakfast???
