Shopping...for my birthday?
Ok, so it is not my birthday but my HALF birthday. Whatever, definitely a reason to party in my book! So what did I do to celebrate...I went shopping! I don't know, if you're like me you are probably thinking the same thing I am..."Why is it that girls like to shop so much?" I mean I like being pushed around in the carriage and everything and LOVE all the attention I get from strangers, but I just don't get my Mommy's love of shopping. This time we went with Mommy's friend Brooke (she likes to shop too) and my bud Matthew! They didn't even really buy anything. They just went into different stores and checked stuff out. Oh, they had lunch too. And guess what, we saw my Grandma and her friend Robin when we were shopping! Too funny, girls and their shopping. Luckily I am such a good and cooperative boy...I hear not all boys are as obliging to their Mommy's shopping habits. I am sure once I get a little bigger I will not be as cooperative...I am a boy after all!! Anyway, here is a pic from my birthday dinner. I enjoyed a delicious dinner of oatmeal and green beans. Happy 1/2 Birthday, Jack! I absolutely love your hat, handsome boy. It must have something to do with having a teacher for a mommy, but I have pics just like that of your cousins Josie and Ava wearing homemade pointy hats for special occasions that only a mommy can come up with! Just wait and see what that teacher mommy of yours comes up with in the future! We hope your day was wonderful! We love you!
ReplyDeleteHi Jack - happy half-year birthday. I just love your hat that Mommy made you. She does so many nice things for you all the time. What a lucky little boy you are to have a Mommy & Daddy who love you so much. If all the little boys in this world were loved as much, the world would be a better place for all you little ones to grow up in.
